Recovery isn't meant to be walked alone.
Beginning Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Running for Renewal will host weekly meetings that provide hope, encouragement, accountability, and practical support for anyone impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, grief, or life-controlling struggles.
Whether you're just beginning your journey, have years of recovery, support a loved one, or simply need a community that understands, you are welcome.
When: Every Wednesday
Time: 7:30 PM
Location: Center for Spiritual Development – Room 203
Cost: Free
Our meetings are built around one simple belief:
No one should have to fight their battles alone.
Each week includes meaningful discussions, practical recovery tools, personal growth, accountability, and encouragement in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Topics may include:
You don't have to pretend everything is okay. You simply have to be willing to take the next step.
Running for Renewal believes lasting transformation happens when we strengthen every area of life.
Addiction – Breaking free from destructive behaviors.
Mental – Developing emotional resilience, hope, and healthy thinking.
Physical – Improving health through walking, running, and fitness.

Social – Building healthy friendships, accountability, and lasting community.
Beginning August 5, participants will also prepare for our Finish Line Project, a 10-week journey leading to the Running for Renewal 5K & 1-Mile Walk/Run on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
This journey combines:
Crossing the finish line isn't simply about completing a race.

Saturday, October 17, 2026
Our inaugural community race celebrates recovery, resilience, and new beginnings.
Whether you walk one mile or complete the 5K, every participant represents hope for someone still struggling.
Every registration supports our mission to bring healing and restoration to individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges.
Everyone is welcome, including:
You do not have to be a runner to attend.
You simply need the willingness to take one step toward a better tomorrow.
Healing happens in community.
Come discover encouragement, friendship, accountability, and hope every Wednesday evening as we prepare together for the Running for Renewal race and, more importantly, for a renewed life.
Your finish line starts with your first step.
This layout works much better in GoDaddy because each section is compact, the bullets don't have excessive vertical spacing, and the headings naturally break the page into readable sections.
